DWE Support Program

The DWE Support Program is designed to make sure that any issues you may encounter during implementation and usage of DWE are swiftly resolved. It also ensures you have access to the latest versions of DataWarehouse Explorer.

DWE Support Program Benefits

Customers on the DWE Support Program are entitled to receive the following benefits:
  1. Technical support through telephone, web, email and fax to answer questions pertaining to the installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and functionality of DataWarehouse Explorer and DataWarehouse Explorer Portal.
    Please refer to the DWE Support Guide for details.
  2. Notification of updates and upgrades to DataWarehouse Explorer and DataWarehouse Explorer Portal through email.
  3. All major and minor releases during the effective period of the subscription will be provided at no additional costs.
  4. License investment protection, which allows you to trade in licenses you already own when upgrading to a more expensive set of licenses.
